LOCATION: In northern Queens Borough on the SW corner of 108th Street & Roosevelt Avenue. We are 6 blocks west of Shea Stadium under the Flushing IRT subway line and are easily accessible by car from the Grand Central and Cross Island Parkways and the Long Island Expressway, by train on the Flushing IRT line and by bus.
TRANSPORTATION:
By CAR:
1. Grand Central Parkway heading East - Exit on 111th Street, turn right at the end of the exit ramp - then make your first left. This brings you to Astoria Blvd. Cross Astoria Blvd. And the street becomes 108th Street. Continue past two more lights to Roosevelt Ave.
2. Grand Central Parkway heading West - Exit on Northern Blvd. West from the center lane of the parkway. Proceed on Northern Blvd. 3 lights to 108th Street. Turn left on 108th Street and go another 3 lights to Roosevelt Avenue.
3. Long Island Expressway - Exit 108th Street and proceed north approximately 1 1/2 miles to Roosevelt Avenue. Note: If you're going east on the LIE, turn left on to 108th St.; if you're going west on the LIE, turn right on 108th St.
4. Cross Island Parkway north - to Whitestone Expressway. Exit Northern Blvd/Shea Stadium. Continue west on Northern Blvd. 3 lights to 108th Street. Turn left on 108th Street 3 lights to Roosevelt Avenue.
5. From western Queens (Long Island City & Astoria) - take Astoria Blvd or Northern Blvd. East to 108th Street and turn right to Roosevelt Avenue.
6. From central Queens (Woodhaven & Maspeth) - either take the LIE directions above, or take Queens Blvd. To 108th Street and proceed north. After you go under the LIE we're approximately 1 1/2 miles on the corner of Roosevelt Ave.
By BUS:
1. From Queens Blvd./Forest Hills - take the 108th Street Bus to 43rd Avenue (where it turns off of 108th Street) Continue walking 2 more blocks to Roosevelt Avenue.
2. From Flushing - take the Q48 to 108th Street.
By TRAIN:
Flushing IRT 7 train - exit 103rd Street - Corona. Walk 1 short and 1 long block east along Roosevelt Avenue to 108th Street.
