• RESEARCH: Our Research Department with its extensive library will help you to locate hard-to-find parts. Just leave the sample with us, or, if that is not possible then we'll need to know the manufacturer's name and model number, where its used, what type of fixture, and, on occasion, the year of manufacture. By email you can send us this information by filling in the Inquiry form. Call us for instructions.
• SCHEMATICS & OEM INFO: We can supply you with drawings or schematics to help you identify the parts you need. We can cross reference most major manufacturer's parts numbers with ours and will be happy to work with you to identify the parts you need.
• SHIPMENTS: We ship U.P.S. daily and can accommodate your NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY order needs.
• ORDERS: You may fax your order at 718-458-6716 or you can call 718-899-6500 during business hours M-Th, 8 am - 5 pm Fri, 8 am - 3:00 pm, 2nd Saturday of the month 9 am - 2 pm to place your order. We accept all major credit cards and ship UPS. Sorry no COD's. Minimum order is $10.00.
• IN-HOUSE CREDIT ACCOUNTS: You can establish a credit account with us and will be billed on a monthly basis. Our terms are 2% discount if payment is by the 10th, or Net 30 days. If necessary we can approve your credit account for same-day purchases.
• CUSTOM LABELS: We can package stems and repair kits with your own private label.
• DUPLICATES: We can duplicate obsolete or discontinued parts.
